Balaklava High School Wellbeing team are aware that sometimes there are difficult moments people go though and finding the right person to speak to can be tough. The following numbers and links might be helpful over the term break. Just a reminder that Stymie is not active over the term break. We look forward to seeing everyone back in Term 2.

Head to Health can help you find digital mental health services from some of Australia’s most trusted mental health organisations. Whether you are trying to improve your own sense of wellbeing, looking for help with something that is bothering you, or helping someone you care about—Head to Health is a good place to start.

Be Connected is an Australian Government initiative used to help all Australians be connected. The site includes a range of resources and connections to community partners who can offer support. A friendly place to access support or connect with others for advice and connection.

Importantly, everything that is seen, heard and experienced in the app is shaped by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members to ensure that iBobbly is culturally informed and safe.

A foundation supporting all people who experience issues around eating disorders and who have trouble with their body image. The website explains eating disorders, has links to workshops, support groups and programs for both young people and their carers. They also have a national helpline you can call.
