FOOD AND HOSPITALITY
Earlier in the year, half of the Stage 2 Food and Hospitality class completed their Celebration cakes and this week the rest of the students were able to complete their cakes as they finish their last week of formal lessons. The designs are creative and reflect the current trends including an artistic approach, florals, metallic colours, bright colours and alternate textures.












A lot of patience and skill goes into cake decorating and for first timers, these students have demonstrated a lot of hard work and dedication! We sure do have talented students who should all be very proud of their achievements!
