In the past, we have forwarded to parents a number of forms which needed to be signed annually.  We have reviewed our processes and have determined that this yearly signing of documentation is no longer required.

As a result of this decision, once signed, the following documents will remain active for the entire time that a student is enrolled at Balaklava High School. 

• School Laptop ICT Agreement
• Parent Code of Conduct
• Student Code of Conduct
• Permanent Permissions (Head Lice, Local Excursions, Emergency Permissions, Policy Acknowledgement)
• DfE Early Dismissal
• DfE Media Permissions (Permission to use image, video, voice, and/or creative work of students and children)
• Balaklava Community Library Membership Application
