On the last day of school of Term 2 I hosted Balaklava High School's first ever Big Freeze event to raise awareness for MND. This was for my Year 12 major Health assignment and it went very well. I would like to give a massive thanks to Cameron Curnow, Ira Pagadut, Joseph Mojares, Ethan Brownlie, Miss Schahinger, Mr Parsons, Jamie Banwell, Mrs Pudney, Mrs Thiel, Ms Crowe and Mr LaGrutta for getting dunked into the freezing water. Also a special thanks to Mr Wood for supplying the dunk tank, Balaklava Foodland for donating the ice, Chris Nolan and Ms Pringle for their help in allowing this event to happen. $280 was raised for MND!
