Food and Hospitality
Over the past 4 weeks, Miss Mayer’s Stage 2 Food and Hospitality students have been learning about Australia's Native Foods (Bush Tucker). Today their skills and knowledge were put to the test to create a Bush Tucker Dish suitable for a Cafè. With the use of Kangaroo, Finger Limes, Desert Limes, Wattle Seed, Native Rosemary, Saltbush and Davidson Plums, these students truly knew how to utilise Bush Foods to create delicious meals bursting with flavour.
