What a great day!

We left at 6am to attend the IUPAC Global Women in Chemistry Breakfast at UniSA. Then, Dr Sally Plush who remembered us from last year, invited us to visit the pharmacy research labs in the UniSA cancer research building where she works. What an unexpected bonus. We then checked out the Seven Siblings Exhibition in MOD. Lastly we called into the National Wine Centre. What a wonderfully Chemistry packed day out, giving students exposure to the huge range of opportunities a chemistry pathway can provide. Thanks to Catherine Karklin and Heidi Zerk for driving and to all our Chemistry students who represented our school so well.
