Year 11 Food and Hospitality Students Serve Up Coffee and Treats
On Friday of Week 3, our Year 11 Food and Hospitality class put their skills into action by running the BHS Coffee Cart. In preparation for the day, students baked a range of delicious treats designed to perfectly complement freshly brewed coffee.
The class also applied their barista knowledge, preparing and serving a variety of espresso coffees for staff at BHS and BPS. This hands-on task gave them valuable real-world experience in customer service, food preparation and beverage presentation — while giving the school community a tasty start to the day.
