Congratulations to Mitchell Taylor for receiving the SA TAFE Honour Award for Excellence in Vocation on Wednesday night at Government House!

Mitchell completed his schooling at Balaklava High School in 2019 and gained an apprenticeship with the Master Builders Association, which he completed in 2023. Following this, he pursued a supervisor's course and was subsequently offered the opportunity by Master Builders to complete the Certificate IV in Building and Construction after hours. Mitchell is currently employed at Abaco Construction Pty Ltd.

Mitchell is known for his excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, having successfully completed numerous home projects. Mitchell is passionate about creating quality spaces and emphasises sustainable building practices. His collaorative approach helps build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.With a reputation for reliability and a commitment to excellence, he continues to make a positive impact in the building industry.
